Sunday Long Run 🌧️
No problem at all with staying on my feet and
running
for 1hr 20mins and ended feeling good, not even out of breath. I could have continued but decided I’d better not 🤣 Happy
running
😊👍

Still not covering 5K
I’ve just completed Week 9 run 1 and even though I’m
running
for the full 30 mins and doing the 10 mins walking I’m still only up to 4.6k. I can’t run any faster than I’m going at the moment. Just wondering if anyone else has found the same?

Typical fine weather today
Today was a walking day and the sun was shinning for the complete walk (12000) steps) it was blowing a gale but with sun which was nice. tomorrow back to
running
, going to repeat week 9 run 3 so that should work out to be an easy run 🏃♂️🏃♂️

Back to running in place
Greetings from Norway, everyone. It's been snowing sideways for hours. The snow must be falling downwards, somewhere away from here, but it's flying horizontally outside my windows. Looking down from the bedroom window a few hours ago, I noticed a red bus, stranded, lights blinking. Now, looking out

I only went and bloody did it!
Faced my fears of trail
running
and survived, stayed upright and came home with both my shoes, despite the copious amounts of mud. Actually enjoyed it too.

Chuckle Time
The buses were
running
late, and a lot of time passed. Finally, one woman turned to the other and said, "You know, I've been sitting here so long, my butt fell asleep!'. The other woman turned to her and said "I know! I heard it snoring!"

First 10km I've ever run in my life
It's funny though once I decided this is the best
running
day ever...My mind started slowly ticking over...Hmmm I wonder how long it would take me to train to break one hour. Anyway best wishes to all
running
friends..may you all carry on loving what you do!!

B2R does Park Run course
However it was lovely
running
along the river out to the fishing lake and back again! Met a whole gaggle of geese along the way’ I was
running
with my friend Maggie and my son in law Ben plus the other club runners! Yes we were the last back but who cares it was nice to get out and 🏃♀️❤️

Anyone had this? Sensation like water running down inside abdomen
Recently though I’ve had this new symptom and the only way I can describe it is a sensation like cold water
running
down inside my abdomen, it’s usually on one side not in the middle. Has anyone else experienced this or anything similar?

Rehab remembrance walk
No
running
for me for the rest of the week at least as I recover from Achilles twinge, but I always make a point of coming down the beach for an early walk on D-Day and especially poignant this year as it starts to slip out of living memory.

Advice please
So started
running
but just couldn't reach even 15 mins, out of breath and hot. (I do prefer cold weather) so did most of the race, walk/
running
for short bursts.
