Fancy a virtual run together? please join us for the HU10 - spring 24🌷💮🏃🥇
Instead, a unique HU experience, run your way 😍 If you're currently
running
around 5k, this may encourage you to push to 10k. If you're
running
at 10k, perhaps it will give you the boost to get to the magic 10 miles. If you're
running
beyond, perhaps you can use it as one of your speed runs!

CATCH-UP-CORNER... WEEK 2...HERE WE GO AGAIN... Please, come on in...
I am beginning to get back on track with my
running
.... nearly a year since Mr OF had his heart attack and everything went pear-shaped. I am one of the many who used C25K to build back to my
running
, ( not for the first time either). Progress was slow and steady, what else? .

A lot has happened in those 6 years inc health problems, but I had a thyroidectomy a year ago and felt ready to get those trainers back on and start
running
again.

WIZARD WORKOUTS for BUSY BODIES... Calling all NEWBIES & C25K-ers !
Good morning
running
people...! This is just a call-up for those folk who have not yet visited the Strength and Flex Forum... Whilst we are starting our
running
adventures on C25K, we may experience a few niggles and twinges, hopefully, not injuries.

And I haven't noticed these things in any
running

Hello everybody
That was so frustrating that I nearly put my
running
shoes on ebay. It is so good to be
running
properly again!

Running with the club 🥵
It’s been such an hot day and I didn’t think I’d be able to cope with
running
. So I dithered must of the day about cancelling. But I so enjoy meeting up with everyone. So I decided to go.

Finish Line
However, I ran on and did the full distance,
running
round the local streets. Today's lesson? I'm sticking with the notion that I couldn't wait to get started and was REALLY looking forward to
running
5k. All in all it was not one to treasure, but I did at least reach the finish line ...

No running for me for 2 weeks 😭😭
After some oral surgery today I’ve been advised not to run for at least 2 weeks. I’ve just got to w6r3 so will have to go back a few weeks when I get back into it. 😢. O well fingers crossed 🤞 I’ll manage a run in time for Christmas 🧑🎄🧑🎄

Just for fun: Black Friday bargains!
One of my favourite things about
running
is buying
running
kit and I absolutely love a bargain! I thought it might be fun to share our shopping… Anybody ordered/bought anything they’re pleased with?

Rehab remembrance walk
No
running
for me for the rest of the week at least as I recover from Achilles twinge, but I always make a point of coming down the beach for an early walk on D-Day and especially poignant this year as it starts to slip out of living memory.

Long time no running…
I have just realised it’s been five years since I last did C25K. a lot has happened since then, weddings, too many funerals, Covid and a hip replacement at aged 50. My question to you all, is there anyone on this forum that has completed this course post hip replacement? I have not run since it was
