Hi I've done c25k before couple of years back and have maintained on/off running since - the off has become more than the on in the last few months so I'm starting again! I've never posted before but hoping this may help me keep going this time!I'm 48 with few health issues, stressful job and family life and find running a great way to manage it all and feel strong 💪

I’m similar. We can do it…we’ve done it before! Good luck. I actually prefer listening to my body and setting out for half an hour brisk walking or jogging without the podcast..today was about half and half in 2 or 3 min intervals.
Welcome! You have made a great decision to restart. Loads of repeaters here for all sorts of reasons-uoh know you can do it which can give you a great reason for confidence. Wishing you loads of luck and excited to hear how you get on!

Welcome back. I’m a ‘returner’ too. I was forced off rather than fell off the wagon due to injury, but 5 years later, am back. I found the HU community and posting/reading posts really enhanced my journey first time around. Hope it helps you 🙂
