Congratulations to all the HU10 runners and update from me
My new home parkrun will be Gorleston Cliffs.....just down the road from the famously tough Great Yarmouth.....I'm sure after a few months
running
on a sandy beach I will give that one a go.

Best wishes and thank you!
It's also so lovely for our fundraisers to feel so supported and we hear back from them that this is a huge boost to them when they are
running
(or whatever else they are doing).

🍏April Quest: Week2 Why do we run?
🎁
How will setting a weekly goal help us with our long term
plan? When it come to deciding on a quest it needs to be in tune with why we run. This incredible
running
journey will give you a number of unexpected gifts if you stay motivated.

Netley 10K - Long Post Warning ⚠️
I then discovered that in my bleary state at home I’d packed my retired
running
shoes instead of my current ones. Doh. Good job I’m not after a PB We met up with Kenny, aliboo70’s partner , who was
running
with the Isle of Wight
Running
Club.

W38R- The involuntary break continues
Just a quick note: I was really looking forward to
running
on Monday, but my leg was still sore. So I put it off. I plan to try again on Wednesday.

Advice please - pain along bottom of feet when running
I suffered quite badly with shin splints towards the end which put me off and I stopped
running
. Picked back up again this year and on week 4 now. Now I’m
running
longer I notice an unbearable pain spanning the bottom of my foot, on both feet!

Socks 🧦🏃🏾♀️🧦🏃♀️🧦
My head is buzzing with all the info available online about
running
socks! Who knew. This
running
malarkey is fertile ground for obsessives like me to become even more fixated on matters "comfort" and "feet". I will never pay £15 for a pair of socks.

6k! Am at 6k (… again!)
I am again quite silly with excitement of having reached 6k continuous
running
this morning! It really feels I am finally on my way to 10k again. Just had to share and applaud all who are on the 10k journey!

Question of the Week: Why did you start to run?
What made you lace up your
running
shoes and brave the world that beckoned, that different world where you would soon be someone who could run for 30 minutes without a break? In my case a knee injury in my 20s led to arthritis.

W25R3 - Multitasking, offroad, snow..
But my thoughts run away while I'm
running
and I don't remember what it was actually about :-) I'm very glad that I escaped
running
on the treadmill this time too. :-) It was a beautiful run! I wish everyone a happy

So I got my
running
gear on and put on my shockz ear phones and
running
sunglasses. I went out an old 10K route around the town, out into the countryside and back into town again. Amazing weather and beautiful day, it felt warm but comfortable.

ET and anaemia
I have ET with my platelets
running
at around 1200. I take aspirin, (another condition makes medication tricky). My last GP appt I had a blood test and I'm anaemic. This is the first time this has happened so its a bit concerning. Having them repeated so fingers crossed it will have been a blip

A rainy 5k
Running
as a pair makes dodging puddles a bit trickier. I gave up and started
running
through them. After a mile, MrU was ready to turn for home. I debated being antisocial and just
running
off on my own but I accompanied him back to the start. Then it was time for some solo fun.
