I slept a little bit this morning and woke up as my wife was heading out with our 15 year old boy to a football match. So I hang around the house with our 12 year old and took our dog to a green to throw a ball. After we got back I rang my wife who was just on her way back and 20 mins away. So I got my running gear on and put on my shockz ear phones and running sunglasses. I went out an old 10K route around the town, out into the countryside and back into town again. Amazing weather and beautiful day, it felt warm but comfortable. I completed a lovely pretty even split relaxing 10K run in a time of 1:01:02. Happy with that. I’ve been relaxing out in my back garden ever since, Time for a shower now.

Congratulations Damien on completing the HU 10K in a very good time of 1:01:02, I am sure you are very happy with your time and run, well done on running on consecutive days as you ran a sub 30 minute 5k yesterday at parkrun, I'm running the HU 10K on Wednesday morning, that will be my 50th 10K.
