Hi everyone, it's been awhile since I posted 7 months today I

COPD, QUIT SMOKING, INHALERS
I decided to
quit
smoking
and began vaping 6 weeks ago. This is when the problems started. I now am constantly wheezing and coughing up phlegm all the time. I have 2 inhalers. One I take every morning (white and green) and the other a blue inhaler.

I’m finally doing it
I’m a week into my
quit
and although I’ve wanted to give up
smoking
for years, I feel really determined this time. I’ve been under the weather for a couple of weeks and it’s really spurred me on to get on with it, as I’ve realised my health is more important than smoking.

Could it be connected to my attack?
My heart felt like it was on fire, my breathing felt Smokey even though I
quit
smoking
over a year ago, my limbs ached and then went numb, I was extremely disoriented and couldn't think and narrowly stayed awake.

Day 5...
I was always scared to
quit
smoking
because I knew how awful it would be, but this is way worse than I could have ever imagined. Is anyone else currently on Day 5 also?

68 Days Smoke Free
I
quit
smoking
cigarettes originally for about a year and then I picked up vaping heavily. Little did I know I was overdosing my self everyday with the e-liquid and you forget every tank is the equivalent of a pack of cigarettes. So long story short and $10000’s later. I gave up this habit.

Trying to lose a big belly last few years!! Any tips?
Hi I was always very slim but as soon as I went past 52 I started getting a bigger and bigger waist line also when I
quit
smoking
1 year ago my appetite went sky high, just always hungry nowadays. Also on meds for depression and anxiety these also increase my appetite.

Ear Piercing?
I have had migraines since I was a teenager and now as I've gotten older (and especially since I
quit
smoking
over 5 months ago) my migraines never resolve. I feel like I am constantly wearing a halo over my head and an eye patch on my right eye.

I have been trying to
quit
smoking
as of late, but just thinking about not buying smokes brings on little panic attacks. It sucks and sounds silly to me that this happens. Here's to hoping I find the support I need to over come smoking. Thanks

9 days smoke free!
I
quit
smoking
9 days ago. I've been short of breath for the past week and it feel like I have a pressure in my chest and throat. Hubby says it's anxiety as he's a "quitter". I saw a similar post regarding this issue.
