68 days smoke free. And I have been through maybe the worst withdrawals possible. I quit smoking cigarettes originally for about a year and then I picked up vaping heavily. Little did I know I was overdosing my self everyday with the e-liquid and you forget every tank is the equivalent of a pack of cigarettes. So long story short and $10000’s later. I gave up this habit. I have had heart palpitations in the first two weeks. Then I had severe anxiety, and finally the chest tightness that keeps improving on a daily basis and I am literally feeling my lungs open back up and taking breaths that I haven’t been able to do probably since I was 13. It’s been an amazing 68 days and we’re going on forever
