Hi I'm new to this.I quit smoking 80days a go but I'm not over weight,Just a sticking out round belly.lol how do I lose it thankyou

Check your carbs. How much pasta, bread, potato and rice are you eating? Maybe try cutting down or even cutting out for one meal.

Also check the sugar content on any processed package food. 4 grams = 1 tsp of sugar.

And alcohol. I know, killjoy lol. But alcohol can have a lot of sugars and beer in particular has carbs.

Congrats on kicking the smoking, that takes a lot of effort.

Portion size is a good way of managing your calorie intake and as kiwikyd-nz has pointed out, this also includes what you drink.

Well done for quitting the cigs! I agree with, kiwikyd-nz, reducing your carbs will help to reduce visceral fat, which can give you a round tum and exercise will help to tone your abdominal muscles.
