Hi I was always very slim but as soon as I went past 52 I started getting a bigger and bigger waist line also when I quit smoking 1 year ago my appetite went sky high, just always hungry nowadays. Also on meds for depression and anxiety these also increase my appetite. I'm walking 1-3 hours every morning in the woods and parks so that's good at least. Also I try and do a bit of exercising at home and use an indoor exercise bicycle when I can get motivated. A month ago I halved the fat I was eating also eat mostly whole foods not much processed but my helpings/portions are still too big. I'm doing MOST of the right things to get fitter and lose weight but still can't shift this big belly. Any tips as to what I should do to lose a belly? Hope you all well this weekend. So long XX

I've toned up and lost 7:10 in 2 weeks.
Good luck.
