Could it be connected to my attack?

About 4 nights ago I had a severe anxiety attack. It mimicked symptoms kf a heart attack. My heart felt like it was on fire, my breathing felt Smokey even though I quit smoking over a year ago, my limbs ached and then went numb, I was extremely disoriented and couldn't think and narrowly stayed awake. I also have a Bicuspid aortic valve, though it's been becoming less and less of a threat, as well as asthma, so ive always dealt with chest pains but nothing ever this bad and never without a clear trigger like this. The symptoms have been off and on since and now all that's left is the chest pain and the lack of focus. But they've been getting better. Suddenly it started getting more painful and my trouble breathing has returned and my heart rate has lowered to 53 bpm. I exercise about 3 or 4 times a month for about 30 minutes at a time but that's it and my rate has always been recorded higher until my attack the other day. Could be related? And if not what could this new trouble be? And in any case what could I do to relieve it. I thought I was getting better and then it got worse again and im starting to become desperate to soothe it.
