I am trying to
quit
smoking
. I am starting to change my diet. I will be surprised if my ultrasound comes back normal. Once that comes back I will tell my doctor to let me change my lifestyle changes for the next 3 - 6 months then do blood work and another ultrasound.

11 Feb 2023 Slowly but surely
Quit
smoking
, slow down on the drinking, STOP taking illegal drugs. Clean up your diet, with a few less iced bon-bons (a sweet biscuit). Start to be sensible about your life and health. Move, Exercise. Do it at home it is cheaper and a little less intimidating and cheaper than the gym.

Thank you. Still waiting for a TP or to be put on list.
Since July I've
quit
drinking,
smoking
, eating red meat, processed foods no added salt, fruit drinks (very sugary), fizzy drinks to name a few. I've had to stop work and rent a small place and am trying to get PIP as I dont qualify for UC. I live alone. Recently I want to rebel.

I feel that when you smoke evrryones has something to say but there is not support after you
quit
. I am sick so I have to
quit
smoking
and I also really do not enjoy smoking anymore but it feels like it gives me the energy and takes away the depression. My little evil friend.

Fourth year
Well June 1st was my fourth year anniversary for not
smoking
. The one thing I noticed after I
quit
was all the energy I have. My only complaint is not sleeping all night. But I have come to the conclusion that smoking sucked the life out of me.

Diagnosed as asthmatic-Can I do C5K?
I
quit
smoking
11 months ago and have taken to walking as much as I can. However, I have now put on weight, especially around my belly, and started getting breathless where I hadn't before. Checked by the respiratory nurse who confirmed I am borderline asthmatic.

3 years smoke free!
It’s 3 years today since I
quit
smoking
& I feel so good about it. So anyone just embarking on this journey please stick with it as you will overcome the desire to smoke - just give it time. ☺️👍

Quitting
smoking
is not the answer. Don’t
quit
. Figure out why you smoke and then quit. Make all the anti smokers regret your quitting. Remind them, that you remember what they said to you. Remind them, it’s not that great smoke free.

Stopped smoking, stopped having seizures
Then, I decided to do the one thing I should have done from the start: I
quit
smoking
. It worked. I've been seizure-free since giving up smoking tobacco (I still use marijuana as a sleep aid via vaping).
