RLS, zyban and Gabapentin
I’ve started zyban to
quit
smoking
and I’m not having to take as many ropinirol! I’m currently on 0.25mg down from 1mg! The only thing is I have really bad insomnia due to the zyban (not the RLS) can I take 100mg Gabapentin to help with the insomnia?

Back after 10 years of remission (Safe Bloating & constipation relief)
Some of this may sound similar, but I had finished working a job on night shifts, I had
quit
smoking
, starting a new business fulltime - I had a close family member of my girlfriend extremely ill & sadly passed away.

Hypothyroidism and the medication conundrum..
Prior to my diagnosis I had
quit
smoking
, caught a cold and a period of time there after, I was bed bound, my body all over had swelled, friends that I'd worked with for 15 years, didnt recognise me despite being stood next to them.. (further detailed within bio).

Reocurring back pain because of OCD?
I am trying to
quit
smoking
(cigarettes), and if I work out and then I don't smoke (for the rest of the day) the pain will be there most of the time. After smoking a cigarette, the pain goes away.

Stuck
I
quit
smoking
and drinking already but there are other lifestyle changes that I need to do something about. It seems I’m living just to eat and sleep? Where is the joy of just living? I want to run but my injuries keep me back. I feel insecure like I’m not good enough and am destined to fail.

I’ve also recently
quit
smoking
🍀 just over a month ago now . I’ve had dental surgery recently which required Anaesthesia. I had a platelet transplant after my dental surgery because I almost bled to death.

Why don't people want to quit smoking?
I really do not understand how people try everything to
quit
smoking
, except what actually is proven scientifically that works. Do you know somebody like this, can you provide some input? What would it take to educate people to use psychology to
quit
smoking
?

Liver function and Atorvastatin
Since my heart attack I have cut down drastically on drinking alcohol and have
quit
smoking
. The only other change I have made to my life/lifestyle is taking the meds. Has anybody else noticed a similar response to taking Atorvastatin?

I graduated yesterday…
I dropped out of the running, but soon managed to
quit
smoking
again. I decided to try C25k again and this time made it to the end. My knees hurt at one point and I thought I’d have to stop running.

Heart attack and smoking.....
Has anyone ever had something similar and carried on with the
smoking
? Even if it was to
quit
gradually? I feel awful for him but I keep telling him it's for the best, don't think he agrees.
