aspirin, citalopram and mirtazapine and sleep

hello all, I was diagnosed in August with CVD, they put me on aspirin statins and another tab for angina. go for a stress test in October -- because of the aspirin, they had to take me off citalopram 40mg and put me on Mirtazapine 15mg but now I don't feel as good as i was before diagnosis ahhh. Oh, quit smoking too (still missing it) but hopefully we'll get there.

why am I afraid to go to sleep?

I used to love a nap in the afternoon - but now I'm finding that I have times when I can't catch my breath and feel desperate for air When lying down) and now I'm afraid to go to sleep in case this happens and I don't wake up (stupid I know - but very real)

sometimes I'm afraid to go to sleep just in case I don't wake up weird feeling but scary also sorry I got no advice but thinking of you ❤❤
