Fourth year

Well June 1st was my fourth year anniversary for not smoking. The one thing I noticed after I quit was all the energy I have. My only complaint is not sleeping all night. But I have come to the conclusion that smoking sucked the life out of me. I use to have afternoon naps and sleep from 10 pm to 7am in the morning(without waking) . To all that are trying to quit keep up the hard work. You have to do it for yourself. You will feel better and be healthier. Good luck.
