So, I was doing really well!.. So much so I literally quit smoking!.. Cold Turkeyed as didn’t even fancy one, felt so good! Then whole hell broke lose! Friday my period started!.. And so did the worst case of ‘flu’ I’ve ever had in my entire life! I had extreme body pain, lower back pain, stiff neck, pain at the back of my head, vertigo, pain at the front of my head and a fever of 100.5f.
Saturday felt the same!
Sunday at work, same except hot to touch at the extremities! Hands, face mainly! But dry as a bone! Rashes starting on hands! Then just like clockwork had a massive Endo flair! Washboard stomach to 9 months pregnant! Contemplated A & E! Never felt so rough!
Today I am much better! Back sweating and regulating temperature! Just have a bit of a sore throat!
From my understanding it’s caused by postgandlins that are released when you shed your womb! If you shed enough of them, they leak into your blood stream and trigger a massive inflammatory response! Anyone any idea how to prevent this without using birth control pills?
