Weight Loss Before 50
I’ve been getting to the gym 4 times a week,
quit
smoking
and done Dry January so far this year, which I’m pleased about, I’m even trying to eat healthily but as soon as evening comes I just start to eat junk and lots of it.

Day 7... a week? Already?!
Did I think about
smoking
? Yes.... when I told my colleagues I’d
quit
. When I saw a fag butt on the floor and felt irritated someone littered (always a pet hate even when I was a smoker!) and lastly when I saw two people smoking. I didn’t catch a whiff of it but felt more bad they smoke!

I’m new here and I have to quit smoking for my health
Hi everyone, I’ve smoked for over 40 years, I gave up a few years ago from September to December, I used an e-cigarette and I was fine, when hubby went out for a smoke I’d go too just to smell the fresh smoke because I loved that smell...on Christmas Day, after a lovely dinner I said I was going to “

Share your quitting success stories: What helped you quit smoking?
I am noticing a few posts lately about people who are trying to
quit
smoking
. Being a former smoker myself I understand how hard it can be to quit. Truthfully, creating a lasting change in life is tough enough (for me at least) without the added burden of nicotine addiction making it even harder.

Good day
I think it's been the first real test of my
quit
smoking
journey, which I'm pleased to say I've so far passed. I feel really good about it and realized things are gonna happen and smoking cigarettes won't change anything.

Returning after a 4 month “break”
I’ve since
quit
smoking
(2 months and counting...) and am unsure whether I should try and pick up where I left off or roll the program back a couple of weeks (or more?). Any advice really appreciated. I’m not a natural runner but really enjoyed the program before and look forward to completing it

Obsessive anxiety
If I’m not worried about my job constantly then I am worried about health anxiety, mainly I
quit
smoking
for two months and then when my anxiety got out of control again I started smoking again. I’m also waiting to find out if I am pregnant, so I need to stop smoking now.

Brain fog, fatigue returns 9 months in
I then
quit
smoking
after struggling with it for so long and began to feel near normal, almost feeling "great". If you smoke, QUIT! Now, 9 months in, the fatigue and brain fog has come back with a vengeance.

Since then i've

Poorly this Christmas
Well folks, I like to start by wishing you all a very happy Christmas, I do hope you all had lots of fun and spread the joy to all your family and friends. I, however, have had a rough one...started a over a week ago when I caught the “flu bug” (lucky me!) then as I was fighting to eliminate this I

Is it worthy?
It’s 6AM here and It’s my first time to decide to
quit
after 6 years of
smoking
. My last one was 4 hours ago. Is it worthy?
