Good afternoon, boys and girls.

Just stumbled upon this community, so wanted to greet you all and wish you a great running week :)

I'm 45, had a massive heart attack 8 month ago. Since then i've quit smoking (2 packs a day), quit eating ham and chocolate all day long, stopped drinking 2 bottles of Cola each day and currently on my 6 week of C25K program.

Good luck and god's speed to all of us this week :) Cheers

Morning and welcome to this wonderful forum. There's loads of supportive folk on here to offer advice and encouragement. Sounds like you've had a lot to cope with, but you've already reached week 6 and are doing brilliantly. Good luck with the rest of your journey. 😊

It's great you've recovered from having a heart attack. Also quitting smoking will help no end , I know how hard it is I give up.

Congratulations on getting to wk6 you're doing really well . Good luck and well done 😊
