Sounds harsh I know but you are in very good shape. Get on with it and feel blessed.

I have recently been ct scanned and confirmed copd. 50 years of smoking, thought I was invincible, like most of us, but like you am not feeling unwell at all. I walk hard, try to push myself, cycle a bit to help with fitness and recently quit smoking.(Allen Carr, the easy way to stop smoking) just get real and read it. Sorry but I am just a long term smoker who is doing his best to deal with the self inflicted damage and am already reaping the rewards.

Whatever is in store for me down the road, is as it is. Call it denial if you will but life is sweet thus far and I really need to see it as it is .
