Hi All, I turn 50 later this year, we’ll 14 weeks to be more accurate and I really want to loose some weight and get in shape before I hit the big 5 0. I’ve been getting to the gym 4 times a week, quit smoking and done Dry January so far this year, which I’m pleased about, I’m even trying to eat healthily but as soon as evening comes I just start to eat junk and lots of it. I’m 5’11” and weigh 15st 8lbs is like to get to around 14 stone by the time I hit 50, so I’ve 14 weeks to shift 22lbs any help or diet and exercise programs would be greatly received. Cheers G
