Obsessive anxiety

Hi all have you ever had obsessive anxiety about being let go from a job? I had a really bad work situation in Tne past where I was basically cornered and pushed out of my job and I seem to have like a ptsd about keeping jobs ever since. It feels like life or death if I lost my current job which is ridiculous but I do feel that way. My confidence is low. I’m an adult child of alcoholic so I am going to therapy and going to Al-Anon. The dr recently started cross tapering my meds from Zoloft to Prozac and the waiting period is awful, my anxiety is just out of control. If I’m not worried about my job constantly then I am worried about health anxiety, mainly I quit smoking for two months and then when my anxiety got out of control again I started smoking again. I’m also waiting to find out if I am pregnant, so I need to stop smoking now. I just feel so overwhelmed, thanks for letting me share
