Anxiety!
I've tried mindfulness
meditation
, I'm going to hypnotherapy sessions and I've been listening to the relaxation MP3 that my therapist gave me. I've tried distracting myself by doing other things but the problem is I just can not concentrate or focus on anything but the feeling of dread.

So very lost...
I use
meditation
and hypnosis at home to try and keep calm. I fear this will spiral out of control very soon. I don't know where to turn. waiting lists are long, I don't want to be off sick and lose my job and money (I cant add more to worry about). I have no one.

Leu 177 and Advice
Ive used lots of natural supps, juice,
meditation
etc but my PSA is around 120 now and I have mets. Just wanting thoughts. I wasnt offered chemo at the start of all this. The leu177 has the least side effects and has been effective in Germany.

Meditation
helps a lot but only to a certain point. Yesterday in tears, I told my girlfriend who suffers from Meniere’s that there is not one day, hour, second that I am not reminded I have PMR. It is starting to wear me down….

Carpe Diem ladies! Positive thinking because life goes on!
, been to Menorca, started Pilates,
meditation
, watercolour classes, walk my neighbours dog, have been to a classical music/wine event with Oz Clark, a talk by an RHS judge and a comedy theatre show last week and oh yes, have just got back from a last minute whizz to Venice.

Would you use Meditation therapy for your ADHD child?
I would love to hear opinions of parents with ADHD kids if you would be willing to try
meditation
, have you been offered
meditation
therapy by your doctor or may be you already have some experience? please comment , any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Insomnia and allodynia
I've tried Epsom salt baths,
meditation
, camomile tea but to no avail. I'm now taking Ashwagandha recommended by my endocrinologist but I've only been on this for a few days. Any tips appreciated.

Defining the odds
I stop claiming asthma years ago but o instead renewed my mind through
meditation
. Each moment of my day I put in my thoughts " I am great". I breathe calmly appreciating each breath until I knew the bacteria ceased. What you see in your dreams of though is what you come to believe.

Getting beside myself with anxiety
I've been doing mindfulness
meditation
which is good but as soon as it's over, everything just feels overwhelming again. Doing simple chores around home just feels too much and I'm like what's the point, what am I doing? Just question everything all the time.

I can't breathe...or let go.
I paint, read, go to movies by myself, free
meditation
classes, meet up groups, walk my dog, etc. He avoids me by being gone most of the weekend. He has his plans after this figured out. I don't know where I will even live until I get a job.

Meditation for pain and stress.
I was writing a reply to someone with a fear of needles and actually thought I should post this on the main page. There is an amazing app called insight timer. Lots of guided meditations for stress and pain and illness. I've now done it for 41 consecutive days, every morning, on waking. It's done more

Third Round Of Carbo Platin
I am also using an ap called Headspace, a
meditation
ap which sends you short guided meditations daily to help you pause and feel yourself when you have been very busy or distracted and haven't paid much attention to yourself. All good stuff to support me and therefore both of us on this journey.

3 days back Meditating
I could kick myself for leaving
meditation
go as long as I did because the stress and worried came back to haunt me. I must say I feel great. I went to a park to do today's
meditation
.

Let me introduce myself.
•After college I began incorporating yoga, breathing and
meditation
into my exercise routine. When my girls left the nest I turned a small bedroom into my own personal well-being space.

Boost your Brain Power
Meditation
and yoga help to increase brain function.
Meditation
and listening to music may be effective strategies for relieving stress and reversing early memory loss in older adults with cognitive decline.
