Update 5weeks after 2nd ozurdex implant
He also advised
meditation
. I have been reading voraciously the last month as it calms me (and who knows when won't be able to ) but I did wonder if it was a good idea, eyes did get tired - clearly it hadn't had a detrimental effect.

Things I’m thankful for
Meditation
really works, so I have been trying it for about two years. We can survive and manage this terrible condition, we can help each other. A while ago someone threw out the question where is everyone from and what ages are you, I am curious again.

Do I have Lupus?
My only other options are to try
meditation
, acupuncture, detox, supplements, and following a certain diet (aka paleo or keto). But honestly, I do not know what to do. Help me. Thanks, Janine

Tomorrow is.....(thoughts on a postcard please)
Hi I have over the last few weeks been researching a fitness regime, at first I looked at the different physical activities and then diet etc, however I have discovered that "frame of mind" seems to have a MAJOR impact on success and I am starting to look at how
meditation
and other interests will sit

I'm sharing this with you because I found this gave me fantastic results. I now ift myself 20mins daily to this. Please let me know how you get on & whether you too become the mountain, strong, stable with a feeling of being able to handle whatever weather is thrown at you. X https://youtu.be/bCUoOSv0uIE

Hand mudras for tremors
It's often used in yoga during
meditation
. I found it would stop my tremor. However when I searched mudras more I came across the Vayu mudra, one of the suggested benefits of which is easing Parkinson's symptoms, specifically a tremor.

Urine therapy helped me
I used lots of different technique such as yoga,
meditation
, hot water massage etc, but all gave some temporary solution, but I never got permanent relief from this syndrome.

Head torches inspiration
I also tried a running
meditation
on my Headspace app which was a bit different to my usual retro soundtrack. It involved counting footsteps as a focus rather than the usual breaths - good job as counting those while running might be a bit distracting. Will definitely try it again.

MY STORY
fair, there was a couple of doctors who did seem to have some knowledge on the subject of RLS, (albeit very limited), and therefore did not believe that I was in the category that required any assistance, and that all I needed was to get my sleeping habits normal and regular and maybe even try some

Feeling free
The Swank diet, 30 minutes daily of
meditation
, exposure to sun whenever possible, and discipline for stretching exercises every day, lots of natural supplements, herbs, and essential oils will be my weapons to continuing the MS fight!

Psychological effects of prednisolone.
Despite daily
meditation
, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to deal with the depression. I've been prescribed antidepressants by my GP, but I'm reluctant to take them.

Refusing meds-using excercise instead
Using
meditation
apps like Buddhify helps to calm my mind down. I realised that somehow when I change my environment (e.g. go on holiday) I have almost no RLS. Still trying to figure out if that is from reduced stress, not staring at TV or PC screens so much during holidays or change in diet.
