Yikes I'm having a bad time
Ive tried various things to ease this symptom (
meditation
, soothing music, distraction, etc.)like but nothing has worked. And I can't not fight it because not fighting it would be just lying in my bed staring at the wall and drooling while my mind does whatever it wants.

My new GP is helping me to manage my RA pain with new meds and I am trying

3 days till otd and stressing
I’ve done
meditation
and acupuncture and really worked on my anxiety to the point that, apart from one little wobble during stimms, I’ve been so wonderfully positive. Yesterday and today, I’ve started to feel the anxiety inching back in and I can’t get out of it.

hello I have anxiety and stress related issues...I can overcome some of it sometimes but when it hits hard I am spinning out of control here...I tried relaxation

too but when your in the middle of one episode I just can't concentrate on what I have to do to get over it...I,m glad I found this

It's a lot
I prefer to treat this condition holistically; Wholefood diet, regular exercise,

, natural supplements, grounding etc. I was advised a few weeks ago that sunshine is not good for me. After travelling several times a year since the diagnosis I was quite surprised.

Now I see.
Meditation
has helped alot changing the way I think and keepikeeping God in mind. I am now getting bouts of empathy feeling sad and instead of bottling I am letting those feeling in because I know now they are just thoughts that will pass and I am finding myself calm more at piece more forgiving.

A year later and my IBS D is back! :(
I should eat 100% plain, I should start exercising, I should do yoga and
meditation
to stay calm and relaxed and I have started acupuncture which does help in relaxing me. Then I need to see if any of this actually makes a difference. I must do it!

, that I went on a course for which can help but only gives momentary relieve. I have been to two different physios, one hadn't a clue and the other thought it might have been piriformis syndrome, which closely matches my symptoms.
