Been on new drug Sertraline for 5 days now. Had a bit of a dip in my symptoms over the last couple of days. Getting through each day focusing on the positives and trying to forget about the negatives. Acknowledging that they are there but not in control. Am quite with it too. Woken about 5 am last two mornings hoping that it is just the transition & a bit of stress. Going to do some Mindfullness meditation tonight. Hopefully it will help me loads x anybody else had dips when changing meds over?
