Ive just started doing this meditation for my anxiety and it works so good i feel more relaxed it helped with my breathing my body feels amazing ima start doing this more often this actually works and helps with my anxiety im very happy with the results.

Hi Jamescrider2, That is so great to hear. For me, meditation and deep breathing make me feel as if I'm floating through the day. It's a great feeling isn't it? Continue using it daily. Those few minutes a day are worth the relaxed feeling. Stay calm and Breathe
