Been have a bad couple of weeks
havent written on here for a little while just a update, Im still coping ok on most days, I am now attempting to do alot of

Peace of Mind
I went to a Buddhist
meditation
class tonight. Enjoyed the experience overall and think I will go again. Found it hard though. Dark thoughts came into my mind whenever I created the 'space' for them to occupy. Hopefully I can learn to find some peace of mind.

Sleep or lack of!!
He listens to sleep

tape. We use a conveen twice a week but he can not tolerate this in bed and rips it off ( ouch) so he gets up at least 2hrly to pee. Sometimes he gets up thinking he needs to pee but can’t.

Tiachi For Health
Tiachi is my lifeline which helps me to face each day with

and centre my energy. I am living proof that practicing Tiachi is great for mind, body and soul. I still have fibromyalgia and Rhemathoid Arthritis but Tiachi has definitely had a good effect on me.

When will this END?!
I've tried reducing my stress, doctor trips/numerous tests, medication, dieting, exercise,
