Hi there
I am setting up Tachi sessions in Bristol in the form of shibashi 1. It is 18 slow movements and structured breathing to help the mind body and soul. This form is accessible and would suit anyone with a health condition or disability.
Alittle about me
I have had Fibromyalgia and Rhemathoid Arthritis for a while now and struggled to function from day to day. I had to give a job I loved because of the fatigue, depression and pain.
I saw a leaflet about learning and becoming a Tiachi instructor and thought I would give it a go. On my journey I learned about the background of Tiachi and health benefits to practicing and understanding the art of Tiachi.
Tiachi is my lifeline which helps me to face each day with meditation and centre my energy.
I am living proof that practicing Tiachi is great for mind, body and soul. I still have fibromyalgia and Rhemathoid Arthritis but Tiachi has definitely had a good effect on me.
Feel free to contact me for more info
Thanks
