Everyday basic meditation I am finding helpful
I know this is not much and everything I have said is already basic facts but let's all commit to

Just diagnosed and anxious
Am hoping to cope with reductions ( have read can be quite difficult) by incorporating rest, green tea, aloe juice and

Multivitamins & hydroxy, pounding head, trick for tinnitus relief
It took a lot of
meditation
to figure out how to sleep with it (ocean waves worked best). Dr. just wrote down symptoms when I saw her, never gave me solutions. 8 months later I was told that my folate was too high and to stop taking my multivitamin.

I still avoid processed foods and simple carbs, and try to focus on fresh produce and whole grains. 3) INTERMITTENT FASTING: eating only between 3 and 7PM 4) YOGA, STRETCHING, and

5) SUPPLEMENTS: (amounts are daily total) 1 cup of Green Tea 40 g trehalose AM in coffee (2 heaping Tbs) -AM

Any tips on acceptance?
I do
meditation
and yoga. I get massages and see a chiropractor. But the moment my physical symptoms pass a certain threshold, it's like none of it matters. I have yet to find a strategy that allows me to work towards actual acceptance. Have any of you?

Wanted to share a short story about my Sunday
I was cleaning up plates and silverware (washing dishes is my

I am an addict (and felon) trying to find out how to get a dr to give me adderall. Can some one help me?!?!? I need drugs.
But if the cognitive doesnt help,

doesnt therapy doesnt then what am I to do. Keep suffering because I am an addict. Im a member of NA and have 13 months clean time this time around. I seek help... but only for my ptsd. But its not treating the root cause.
