We have been working with UCSF, MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and Berkeley in working on scaling clinician tools for everyone globally. In reviewing works from Pennebaker's Paradigm, the act of journaling or expressive writing, is effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. We're adding artificial intelligence on top of voice-enabled journaling to provide personalized guidance and help with thorny issues in health, relationships, and work.
In HealthUnlocked, I'd love to just speak with people on how beneficial the platform has been, and other ways, you've felt supported. Having suffered through multiple bouts of depression, anxiety, and earlier in my college days, anorexia, life's challenges can be so hard, and anything I can do to scale that help so people don't have to feel that is super meaningful to me.
