Had an unexpected lovely evening.....Long day at work, trip to a meditation class then home. That's the danger time for me, I will raid the fridge and cupboard for what I can find..... so yesterday I took my daughters dog for a long walk, it was so lovely, people spoke en-route....I was exercising....dog loved it....Win Win...no raiding cupboards.!!! I have in the past been prone to depression, quite bad to be honest and speaking to lovely people on my way around was such a tonic also....
