Multivitamins & hydroxy, pounding head, trick for tinnitus relief

Jax2+, ET, hydroxy 8X per week.

Hopefully this can help someone else as my Drs. said they have never heard of this reaction to hydroxy. I even had a brain MRI & a CT scan because it started happening all the time.

One month after starting hydroxy I started having pounding in my head and neck whenever I lay down. It could have started earlier, but there were so many other weird things going on with my body that I didn’t write it down until then. It took a lot of meditation to figure out how to sleep with it (ocean waves worked best). Dr. just wrote down symptoms when I saw her, never gave me solutions.

8 months later I was told that my folate was too high and to stop taking my multivitamin. I was taking Centrum Silver which is a very common multivitamin for women over 50. 2 weeks later my head stopped pounding, no pounding since.

Temporary relief for tinnitus

Place palms on ears and thump the soft spot at the base of your skull with your fingers for 15-30 seconds. Should resonate and feel like your head is the inside of a drum. Makes tinnitus go away for a while for most people. You are welcome.
