Hello All ya beautiful peeps. ✌️😁 So, I need to share this with you.... I have a book called Loving What Is by Byron Katie. Basically, what it comprises of is four very powerful questions iuwed during meditation (similar with just being with your emotions). There is a Judge Your Neighbour ( SA spelling) Worksheet which helps you 'nitt-pick' and be absolutely fabulous with judging a person who you're upset with. The magic of this process is that you not only question the thoughts that cause your distress, anxiety, etc. But it turns it around so you can see yourself... It's actually all about the ego which are the thoughts. The uncomfortable emotions are linked to a thought which you believe to be 'true'. The turnaround shows yourself in your mind's eye without the thought and how peaceful and free you feel. Thoughts are powerful and if they are uncomfortable, they are a lie so the meditation helps you get clarity on your own truth which is softer, compassionate, peaceful, etc. You can also start laughing 😂 at the thoughts when you go back and see how ridiculous they are so for anyone who is really serious about feeling free and in peace, if there's one thing I would ever recommend, it's doing The Work by Byron Katie - Loving What Is. You can also find her on YouTube. I'm loving this new tool and still getting use to it but I have this new hunger for questioning now. It's something completely different and amazingly effective. ❤️✌️😁💙

I have spent this rainy afternoon immersed in Byron Katie and The Work. I am so excited. It allows one to be as objective as possible, I imagine, about ones self. To actually laugh at postures taken in the past. I can't wait to read more and try her methods. Brilliant of you to post this. It is amazing in it's simplistically. Thank you. Pam

Hi Pam. I'm so glad to hear you're doing The Work or getting ready to. Everyday is something deeper. It's the most effective way to dive deep and see myself in situations where as through other methods, I've denied as the information I get back has never been as effective as The Work. I can feel myself growing daily. This is really mind blowing and the peace and realisation are incredible. I wish you only best and I know you will gain that hunger as it completely opens up your curiosity and the Universe and Life is so loving and gentle during the process. Xxx
