How to cope and avoid afternoon depression?
My coping strategy up to now was doing a lot of intense exercise and doing mindfulness
meditation
. The intense training works until I lose motivation or become ill and get out of my routine. As I sit here I am also not feeling well because I have been self-medicating with cannabis for a few days.

Commitment to myself
Even Eastern approaches,
meditation
, mindfulness...they have been immensely helpful. But still the same problem persists. It leaves me to believe that the mental health system is broken.

Does meditation helps?
I had a MBSR mindfulness retreat 30 days program. Since then I have almost relieved from most of my symptomes i regained my appetite i have more energy than before i sleep fairly well .I no longer have constipation as of now.....I don't know whether it affected my fibrosis ....Does any one else got

Help me believe this can all be anxiety
I've tried SSRIs, therapy,

, yoga, pretty much everything. But when the dizziness hits, it immediately makes me think I am dying of something awful. Sorry for the rant, it's just been a hard week.

I have found such a weight has lifted from my forst session that it made me think that ppp is a trauma and this type of sessions three 90 minutes sessions of giving you space to talk then

exercises may help other women who have suffered ppp or birth trauma.

Everyday basic meditation I am finding helpful
I know this is not much and everything I have said is already basic facts but let's all commit to

Multivitamins & hydroxy, pounding head, trick for tinnitus relief
It took a lot of
meditation
to figure out how to sleep with it (ocean waves worked best). Dr. just wrote down symptoms when I saw her, never gave me solutions. 8 months later I was told that my folate was too high and to stop taking my multivitamin.

I still avoid processed foods and simple carbs, and try to focus on fresh produce and whole grains. 3) INTERMITTENT FASTING: eating only between 3 and 7PM 4) YOGA, STRETCHING, and
MEDITATION
5) SUPPLEMENTS: (amounts are daily total) 1 cup of Green Tea 40 g trehalose AM in coffee (2 heaping Tbs) -AM

Any tips on acceptance?
I do
meditation
and yoga. I get massages and see a chiropractor. But the moment my physical symptoms pass a certain threshold, it's like none of it matters. I have yet to find a strategy that allows me to work towards actual acceptance. Have any of you?
