I battled OCD for over 20 years on my own before I got help in late 2017. I’m a big fan of ERP, CBT, ACT etc and meditation.

Welcome! I've been kicking OCD's butt since I was 10 years old...so, 29 years for me now. Bottomed out in 2012, then got my life back through ERP and a lifestyle overhaul. Beyond that, I'm a big music/theatre/sports fan and am currently enjoying hour 3/9 of Sunday football!
