I’ve woken up the past few mornings with anxiety and I was wondering what others do when they wake up with it? I know yesterday I listened to a quick meditation and then got ready for work, but I was still anxious when I left. Just curious what others do!

Morning Anxiety
I am in the same boat as you. But the last two nights around 3:30 I have woken up in panic.
I tried that yesterday.. I listened to meditation and mindful exercises. I’m so sleep deprived I feel like I’m going crazy.
I used to have horrible morning anxiety. Just laying in bed with all those dastardly thoughts of everything that could go wrong. Couldn't really do anything about them in the moment. Better to redirect the mind in more calm instances, so when moments like these arise, you'll be ready for it
Msheatherlady, I breathe from the moment my eyes open. Breathing in deeply
and exhaling slowly throughout the day will calm the Mind/Body Connection.

Yes!!!! That happens to me
I am down to about 3-4 hrs sleep a night. And like you sleep deprived. I am trying something called CALM and cortisol manager. I also eat a protein snack before bed to help with sugar levels. And I drink lots of water and do deep breathing. But the anxiety/adrenaline still kicks my butt.
