My anxiety gets worse in the Winter time
Plus daily
meditation
for around an hour. But I still don't think people understand, and it feels like they just want to avoid me because I have a lot of concerns. The stigma and misunderstanding is real.

Health anxiety
I have read the DARE book and I listen to the app daily, I have been through almost 18 months of ACT therapy, I meditate and go to a
meditation
group, I walk in nature, I get sunlight, I journal, I swim. What am I doing wrong? What could I be doing? I can’t live with this constant fear?

Periods of non stop adrenaline and sweating for a week to 2 weeks.
When it's triggered nothing helps, extra medication, mindful
meditation
. I don't know what to do at this point. I can't handle SSRI's or a lot medication for that matter.

Having anxiety makes the situation much more difficult, but I am about to do my 3rd
meditation
of the day, and probably another hot shower because those relax me and ease the anxious feelings.

Why am I like this ?
I should have known a lot of things I need to change myself by now like
meditation
, keeping a positive mindset, exercise, but I just don't do them. I'm also sick of everything being a repetition of patterns I've gone through.

My heads in a bad place.
I've lived like this all my life but thanks to
meditation
🧘♂️ daily puts me in a good place but still need to get a grip of my swinging emotions. It's all mostly for my boy who let down once and swore I'd make it up to him and I have and I feel the weights Neen lifted somewhat.

Bad feelings
I try breathing, I've tried
meditation
, but can't shake these anxious feelings. Just needed to share this and maybe someone can relate. Thanks for listening.

Research Explanation for the development of FND: answering why did this happened to me? Why deep breathing helps intermittently?
And why
meditation
helps reduce FND symptoms, psychiatric medications or validation about your symptoms. If you want to further research look at DSM-5.

Hope through Meditation and Mindfulness
FYI, I also came across an article in the NHS archive about a 75 year old gentleman who cured himself after 30 years through intense
meditation
. There is hope for all of us.

How to change your thinking?
I do
meditation
as well and a common practice is to label thoughts and then let them pass by, but they come back again and again and I still have the same physical effects from them (raised heart rate, crying, sick to stomach, etc.).

Need online partner(s) who is trying to develop habits for limiting the negative effects of ADHD
These habits include
meditation
, keeping hydrated, taking Omega 3 supplements, doing balance exercises, .... etc. Unfortunately, I have been trying to develop these habits for myself for several years and all my previous trials have failed.

Best way to track changes?
She has been experimenting with exercise, diet,
meditation
, supplements, etc and trying to see what works. She is putting off meds like levadopa for now, but if symptoms worsen in the future she may turn to those. Yes she is working with a doctor that specializes in PD.

Waking feeling tense since change of B12
I'm too wired to relax into a
meditation
or yoga nidra. I'm waking at 5am every day and it's exhausting. I have struggled with my sleep for years. The 5am isn't anything new but this buzzy stressy tension is.

FND diagnosis and if you've been given help.
[/i]" My care plan was: sunshine, walking, excercising,
meditation
, looking at FND Hope/FND Action Websites. The care and service from the neuropsychiatrist and NHS hospital where I was diagnosed -appallingly poor. I feel that I have been lumped with a diagnosis and then forgotten.

Feeling Tired/Lost~ Anxiety, dissociation, depression
I’ve tried medication, excercise,
meditation
, etc and they help short term but whenever it gets actually bad I’m just stuck in it. Just feeling really tired of doing this over and over and hoping to hear that it does get better at some point?
