Trying to get over a recent episode of high anxiety
I've tried everything: affirmations,
meditation
, yoga, deep breathing, walks in nature, walks with my dog, medication - none of this has helped. I am in therapy and have been thru a 2 week partial program in a group setting which seems to have been the most helpful in reducing my anxiety.

Version!
While I was there thought I'd try some
meditation
as being very troubled by lots of AF at present. Well,it's warm in there and I must have dozed off into deep sleep, not much recently. Mr W comes in to remind me we are going out, sees me lying apparently collapsed.

The medical system is going to break me, and I need something...
Meditation
doesn't work, I'm alone and miserable all day, and my husband and I fight about my depression all the time. He wants to make light of it, but it's so freaking heavy - there is nothing light about it.

Through practicing
meditation
I have learned and developed tools to help stunt some of those spikes which has proven to be extraordinarily useful in mitigating consistent levels of stress… Outside of CSR the

Honest feedback required
Amazon but they have run out and are not sure if they are getting anymore in - its all done with herbs and yoga and
meditation
and diet - he said he cured his mother in law from stage 5 to stage 1. Am I clutching at straws here.

I'm really struggling right now, exhausted.
I've practiced a lot of DBT skills today, opposite action, radical acceptance, guided
meditation
. But I don't feel any better. I just want this pain and anxiety to go away. I know I have to do the work myself, but it's so frustrating and discouraging when it feels like nothing works.

My Experience With Magnesium Acetyl-Taurate
I think its pain reduction made it easy to ignore things getting worse structurally in my neck, so that I was more active than was wise for symptom control and went too long without guided
meditation
, causing my symptoms to spike for a while until I made myself get some decent
meditation

A Guided Meditation Recommendation
Here is a link to a guided
meditation
that I like. It's from the
Meditation
Minis podcast. As the name implies, they are short meditations, under 10 minutes.

Insomnia
Hi Like many suffer badly from severe insomnia, due presumably to NAFLD /NASH I suffer, the best advice I can offer is
meditation
, its non invasive & the mindfulness version can be FOC on NHS. I also have taken the â„¢ course which I use. Not a cure but with perseverance a great help.

I have all the tools, but fail to apply them in my relationship
I have all the tools (Adderall 30mg, anti anxiety meds, CBT therapy, worksheets, reminders, alarms,
meditation
, working out, better nutrition, self help books, I could go on. However, even with all those tools I fail to apply what I learn and come to understand.

Do breathing exercises help increase lung capacity?

and enhancing concentration of breathing, mental health, and reducing

Day 1 for me
I have downloaded my
meditation
app, I have charged my kindle (so I can just read until I feel tired), I have bought a journal to write in for those moments when I am really struggling, I have this hub to write on and read other people stories, I have my boyfriends support and I have my NRT.
