Would T3 help me? Ferritin boost? Comments welcome
I practise
meditation
and mindfulness, which helps, but I'm so easily wobbled. I'm 64 and still working, self employed, as best I can.

The one thing I havenāt been able to do as much is
meditation
. I am a pretty high strung person so Iām sure that stress and just my personality may add to this weird and crazy little eye thing.

WHINGE & TURMERIC & HONEY ADVICE
Have suggested the college try a
meditation
class and basic yoga both of which I want to try. Having read about turmeric and honey as supplements to help arthritis and seen ads for turmeric tablets what do you folks think, good, works for some not others, don't bother, go for it.

Visualisation / Meditation Techniques
I've been looking on YouTube for some ways of visualising the cancer being defeated - a sort of relaxation /
meditation
where you can feel like you're taking some control over your body or immune system.

Current T3 Liothyronine situation in UK?
I practice mindfulness and daily
meditation
, which helps me function, but this feels like a very physical reaction to stress. I imagine my adrenal glands may not be quite functioning properly. My cortisol levels were flagged up as low in (I think) 2017.

Should I Use Antidepressants? (Buproprion/wellbutrin)
I've been starting to use other forms of therapy like exercise and
meditation
, which have definitely been helping- I'd like to see how these help me instead. I'm a bit scared of antidepressants- I'm not against them but I don't fully understand how they would help cure my depression?

How to deal with night anxiety? Advice please!
More recently I was managing with
meditation
, until I came off my blood thinners. Then I got anxious about that and about not sleeping as I kept waking up.

ADHD + Depression, rants thoughts and questions
Meditation
helps a lot, mostly with helping me feel calm in the moment and that things are OK even though I struggle. I take cold showers and walk to help reset my central nervous system. I have read tons of books, and have done lots of research.

Introducing myself
I have found some coping mechanisms like medications,
meditation
, prayer and exercise. But every now and again it flares up and my irrational thoughts take over and go into overdrive. I am happy I found this group. I have found some ways to tame my anxiety but it can still control me at times.
