Hi everyone! Here is a link to a guided meditation that I like. It's from the Meditation Minis podcast. As the name implies, they are short meditations, under 10 minutes. This particular one has you floating on the water (or alternatively swinging in a hammock- she's good about offering alternatives to possibly triggering concepts ). It's nice and relaxing!
