The Community have spoken! Here are the results of the recent survey on which protocols members are using to combat symptoms. I’m not a statistician but have done my best to ‘weight’ the results and produce a profile. Thanks to those who took part. It’s much appreciated and I hope it might be of some use in selecting your vehicles for relief.

Surprising that Aerobics Exercise is the winner. Is that because of. John Pepper ? B1 seems to be mentioned more often.

My answer was because of Rock Steady Boxing. 🥊

Is that enjoyable? I used to box and wondered about Rock Steady.

Yes! I love it! If you boxed before, you would enjoy it. It's non-contact boxing, we basically like the training boxers get. It's a very good workout. The coaches go thru training on boxing and Parkinson's. They know how to push us just a little further than what we think we can do. That's part of the reason it helps slow the progression. I joined 17 yrs ago and I was in the first 2 or 3 dozen to start. Now, there are over 800 affiliates all over the world! They do an assessment and have different level classes depending on your assessment. Here is the website..rocksteadyboxing.org

My testimonial is under "Debbie". Let me know if you have questions. 🥊

Each factor gained more score depending on its place in any individuals chosen hierarchy. So, more points if in first place. B1 maybe more common in choices but rarely hit the top spot.

People may have ordered their choices in the order you presented them. In my case I simply copied and pasted your list and deleted those that did not apply.

Huh?

Almost everyone presented their choices in an order that wasn't the original order, which suggets they both understood and complied with the instructions (which were quite clear).

Even you did?

"C. Relaxation/Meditation (Qigong)

E. B1

B. Aerobic Exercise"

Thank you jeeves19 !!!! Again a very interesting posting. I appreciate every time you post something.

Because a lot of things you have tried, didn't work fore you, is that so ?

Not thinking to make an attempt for MRgFUS ?

About "aerobic exercises" on the first place.....it could be that some people

have post under "aerobic exercises" the rocksteadyboxing, couldn't be ?
