Desperately seeking help
I’ve suffered with RLS for about 20 years and always managed it well with the usual stretching,
massage
, etc I get some nights I want to chop my legs off but generally I cope. However over the past 6-9 months it’s been horrific.

RLS for 15 years, this really helps my symptoms.
Rather an odd looking curved "stick" for really deep and focused
massage
that you can self administer. I initially purchased it for pain in my shins due to martial arts training but (again accidentally) I found it made a huge difference to my RLS.

The Vagus Nerve Song
I know some humans do their best When they are feeling ill, To blow, cough, shock and e'en
massage
, To bend me to their will. Now under pressure, I admit, I sometimes do obey, For I don't want to kill you, for 'Twould be the end of me.

The Joy of Sports Massage 😊
Hello lovely running fiends 👹 So, yesterday I “treated” myself to a sports
massage
. She gave my IT band a good old pummel (to the point where I have got bruises 😱), and then had a wee fiddle around my hip flexors.

Why do I feel dizzy after a deep massage?
Can anyone explain to me why do I feel dizzy after getting a
massage
? Idk why this happens to me. Once I get up for the
massage
I get this weird light headed feeling that goes away slowly. Help please!

Confusion about massage
She said she's never heard of anyone not being able to have them and I asked about blood clots or any other problems related to
massage
and she laughed and said no she's not aware of heard of anything and said it's ok. I find this confusing as I thought it was not a good idea to have one.

Homeopathy and head massage course
So enrolled on homeopathy and head
massage
course - of course they might be able to help nonverbal autistic son but mainly did it because the course sounded interesting

October Half Marathon Group: Tapering and faffage lists! 😊
Could be a nice warm bath, a
massage
, a foam-rolling session, a pint and a roast dinner... whatever works for you. Anyway, good luck to everyone with races coming up!

Three months since diagnosis and Urso
I’ve been regularly going to active release therapy (shock wave), dry needle and physio, and deep tissue
massage
. My GP is starting to believe that this may be side effects of URSO. I have a desk job which is the reason why the delay in going back to work.

Fingerprick blood test failure
Followed all the instructions to the letter: dinking lots of water at least 30 mins beforehand (woke up bleary eyed in the pitch dark to glug down a pint of water), warming the hand for 3 mins in warm water,
massage
, arm swinging, fist clenching...

3 opinions regarding headache
And get a
massage
. Thursday- Saw Rheumatologist. Prescribed 50 mg Prednisone with 40 mg Pantoprazol. Sending me for biopsy to check blood vessels within a week. Did blood work for CRP and ESR levels. And we both know they can come back negative and I could still have GCA.

Hoping for improvement - lining scan
I’ve literally done everything I possibly can to improve; acupuncture, fertility
massage
and yoga, castor oil packs, good diet, no drink, vitamin c, d, e and l’argine, co enzyme and red clover..... I pray this has showed improvement on this trial cycle so I can transfer my precious frozen embryos

I had a week off running last week, since I have been running I’ve had pain in my one leg (6weeks) I seen a sports therapist who done a deep tissue

Adjustable bed
I’ve looked at ‘lifestyle beds’ that can move into an upright position and adjustable beds that have extra gizmos to
massage
the body to prevent bedsores etc. I’m tempted to go for a lifestyle bed but would be interested in the pros and cons and would I get the VAT back? Thanks

I’ve been thinking about clinical
massage
at home to help with the stiffness and pain in his arms and legs. Any feedback on how to find a good therapist who has experience in this field? Are doctors prescribing clinical
massage
therapy and will insurance cover it?

W2 Run3 done & dusted at last!
What more could an old lady want🤣 Happy to say the 2 day rest, cross training & self
massage
of calf muscle enabled me to go for it without any breaks. Dynamic warm up and gentle stretching afterwards with lots of water! 👍I have learned so much since joining this support group.
