Crying in my car
Ive pushed away a loving and caring boyfriend who would
massage
my sore legs and comfort me during panic attacks. Ive pushed him away many times because i felt he deserved better than me being weak and always anxious. He needs his space but ive been really regretting my actions.

Photos of my weekend on the river.Wild swimming, a bit like antidepressants, you have to go through the pain before you get the benefits.
Swimming in cold water is so relaxing and invigorating that you emerge feeling that you have just had a wonderful
massage
. Give it a try if you can get to the seaside or a clean lake or river which is safe to swim in. An outdoor pool or city lido is just as good.

. π§ββοΈπππββοΈ I have never had a professional
massage
before... Might get one this week. I tried running with a water bottle for the first time today. I have to say it's heavy! I won't take it out full next time, it did help halfway through the run though.

Massive headache/neck-ache during flight.
No amount of meditation,
massage
or stretching made a difference. I was in tears and scared. I took a 50mg aspirin then another one and finally it was bearable. I was afraid of a nose bleed if Iβd take too much. As we began our descent, the pain started to subside.

Deep Breathing and Endometriosis
This allows the air to
massage
your internal organs, and to help release your pelvic floor; which is probably clenching and tight from all of the pain. Dont forget to do this as often as you remember, and at least once a day. Sending you all love and light this beautiful Monday morning!

RLS or not?
When I do have it I have to move my legs and when I get it at night I have to get up and
massage
my legs for a while which most of the time does help. Can be extremely uncomfortable. Does anyone else have these symptoms???

5K hospice run DID IT...despite all the odds
I have been suffering from sciatica for the past few weeks and so did think I would have to pull out , but after some intense
massage
and tons and tons of stretches, and gentle walking to keep my fitness there, suddenly last week the pain eased and went on holiday HURRAY.

Finally graduated!! Another 'if I can, anyone can' story.
I've been delayed by the weather (Too hot/too cold), holidays, illnesses and a pulled calf muscle on 3 occasions, for which I had to have 4 lots of deep tissue
massage
and strengthening, stretching excercises.

Is there a greater risk from Asian erotic massage compared with other erotic massages?
Now..I know that since I'm asking this question you could say I already have my doubts about that. And that's true as far as it goes. But that could also just be my perception of these providers. I guess mostly what I'm worried about is the genuine reputation of such agencies, being concerned that they

New here and Grateful for the Support
Both of my jobs (
massage
therapist & construction) are physically demanding. And both cause me to flair up. So I have been unable to work for 3 months, and had limited work in the month prior due to a few symptoms showing their faces.

The coach has suggested rolling a tennis ball around with my foot to
massage
it, and that's helped a bit, but not much. Nice run though, despite all that. The course is good, the marshals brilliant and the organisation seems pretty smooth.

Best massage?
Could anyone point me in the right direction for the best
massage
for tissue muscle tension? I don't want to make it worse by choosing the wrong type. What worked for other people?
