Meningoencephalitis Survivor
I tried every natural therapy under the sun (botox, acupuncture, cupping,
massage
, physio, even reformer pilates). Most didn't help in the long run, some giving me a day without any pain, but it would return the following morning.

Hello parkrun - I'm back!!!
For those just starting out, it's taken me 8 months of intensive exercise, careful eating, weight loss, injury,
massage
and physio to get me here. But as a 20-year confirmed couch potato, I never, ever, thought I'd be writing posts like this.

RLS in Pregnancy
So far I have been trying to treat at home with a combination of Epsom salts baths,
massage
, stretching, magnesium supplements and essential oils. Nothing seems to be working and it is getting worse! I have routine blood tests due this week that I am hoping might flag up something as the cause.

Music therapy,
massage
therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy (swallowing) all included. Plus a 24x7 call line. Generally you have to be within 6 months of passing but that is not an absolute. It can be extended. As times get more trying I believe they are present more. I am in the US.

Erection on massage table
Hi All, I recently had my first full body
massage
by a male therapist and felt really relaxed after, my question is it normal to get a full erection? I also leaked some pre cum too 🤦♂️ therapist was brilliant just smiled n said don’t worry, I’d like to go back but feel a little embarrassed 😞

Imbruvica
I don't want to try a
massage
because I get bruises very easily. One final note. I live in Bellflower CA and would like see if there is a system in place to actually speak to someone in person who is taking Imbruvica, like a support group. Thank you again

Circumcision 4 month update
Spend some time and
massage
the scar thoroughly, it helps to soften it. And don't forget to moisturise your glans regularly using a perfume-free moisturiser. Exfoliate gently twice a week - no rubbing, be really gentle. Remember, proper hygiene is the rule number one.

Has anyone tried or had success with Shiatsu Massage?
My husbands friend has just finished training and has offered to give me a treatment. I’m apprehensive as I’ve never been one for massages and want to see if anyone has experience and has had positive results from it.

Week 7 Run 2
Didn’t feel too bad last night following the sports
massage
, ice and a days rest. Decided to try some really easy miles in the forest just to see, but was totally prepared to stop if there was any pain.
