I started doing gym classes as Rehab, and am now a bit committed to

and started lifting heavy weights so need to keep an eye on things.

Say Hello to my favourite tree!
Thank you to everyone that offered advice- it was a combination of lack of
fitness
and a poor warm-up! I’m pleased to say that I’ve just competed week 5 run 3 - the 20 minute milestone!

Anyone interested in Pilates? Head over to S&F! 💪🏽🦵💃🏽
If anyone is interested in adding a bit of time per day dedicated to Pilates to their March
fitness
plans, feel free to head over to S&F, where we will be doing March Matness, thanks to our very own ChannelRunner2. We did this a year ago, and I loved how it focussed on one move per day.

Fighting back to health 💪
However I've been fighting back to
fitness
again and now training to walk 22.6 miles in April for the Glasgow kilt walk. I'm going to set up a just given page for the British heart Foundation.

I remember something a
fitness
-fanatic friend said recently and which I think should be passed on: she envied my early-morning wakening, and was trying to get into a similar rhythm herself, going to bed early, rising just before dawn.

Exercise after embryo transfer/in pregnancy?
In the last year I've been doing an aerial hoop class once a week and it's been so good for my mental health (and
fitness
too). I had always planned that if I got pregnant I would just stop going, however now that we've got to the stage of IVF, everything feels somehow heightened.

A VO2 Max of 41 which gives me a
fitness
age of 40 ! And a Bodytrax Analyser metabolic age of 52 ! All blood tests bang in the middle of normal range. Thanks to Diet, excercise and of course, intermittent fasting. Oh, and now off Clopidogrel as well as beta blockers 😁👍

Out of action and a bit gutted...
Hi everyone, I took up running a year ago and have really enjoyed 'the journey' of seeing my
fitness
improve, my outlook brighten and being able to go further than I thought possible. BUT, it's come at a cost.

Running, gym-ing, and breathing
I thought increased strength and stamina would improve both my running and my general
fitness
. The GP agreed it was a fantastic idea. So I'm being inducted into the local gym ... and all those terrifying machines!

Did I "go for it"?
My dilemma leading up to the Paddock Wood HM on Sunday was whether to go for a PB or run with my friend who's returning to full
fitness
and aiming for 2hrs.

Bad dumping incident?
I was doing really well with eating and
fitness
levels. Then last Friday (after a Chinese takeaway which didn’t consist of more than some noodles and a bit of chicken) I became ill about 2 hours later. It consisted of vomitting up orange bile, having awful stomach cramps and feeling so very tired.
