Ectopic heard beats, Bisoprolol 1.25mg and exercise
Is there hope that these palpitations/ectopic heart beats can be eradicated so I can get on with my life, getting back to a high level of
fitness
would be great as well. Although 56 I played football at an energetic level and was still playing competitive 11’s until 3 years ago.

FAQ POST……..HOW DO I GET FASTER?

A story that hit home
Of all our group, she has definitely made the biggest change to her weight and
fitness
. When we started she had a BMI of over 27 but it is now under 20.

Association between Cardiorespiratory Fitness and Bronchiectasis at CT: A Long-term Population-based Study of Healthy Young Adults 18–30 yrs
While some studies have tied higher levels of cardiorespiratory
fitness
to a reduced risk of declining lung function and airway diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, its benefits in reducing the risk of bronchiectasis are unknown. https://pubs.rsna.org/doi/10.1148/radiol.2021203874

I graduated
I continued to work towards better
fitness
instead of thinking 'I just need to lose weight'. In January 2021, I completed a 3 week Chloe Ting workout challenge. Once I had proved to myself I was capable of this, I tried to tackle the Couch to 5K app again.

Summer 2021 GMU Race Report
I should have done something to maintain CV
fitness
but I didn’t. So, coming up to the big day, I was unsure about whether or not I should go ahead. I decided that, since it was too late to defer, I’d give it a go and see how it went.

30 MINUTES! YAAAAY!!
Fitness
wise, it was hard going, but I know it's still in there and I have to keep reminding myself, that I'm building up time running, not speed. Hopefully, my legs will be OK tomorrow! Happy running everyone!

Weight not moving
According to my Apple Watch I’m burning 2500 cal on a bad day and 3200 on a good day yet according to my
fitness
scale my weight has stayed at around 12 stone 1 to 12 stone 2 for 3 weeks and my fat keeps going up slightly from time to time while my muscle stays around the same.

Genome editing to model and reverse a prevalent mutation associated with MPN
However, since the increased co-culture
fitness
of the JAK2 V617F mutation is a gradual event, it may be possible that even incomplete editing could lead to extended disease remission.” https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0247858

Hello 👋🏼
I already can’t believe the difference in my
fitness
. 5 weeks ago I would have laughed if someone told me I’d be preparing to run for 20mins without stopping; now I’m excited for Saturday morning to get it done.

And another one
so this one isn’t a circle or an out and back The air was cooler, just fresh on my shoulders and looking at the trees and flowers, lush green grass and smiling with happiness, not fast, not slow, just a short run to set me up for the day Have a lovely day all Oh and Garmin loves these short runs,

Post-Covid slog!
I am SO frustrated as I was loving running 3 x 5km / week in November and had Covid (mildly) in December and haven't been able to get back up to my previous
fitness
levels since. Now we're approaching April, I wonder whether I should give up trying as maybe I'm making a recovery harder?
