First post, but already more than half way through the programme! My run in the morning will be W5R2. I already canβt believe the difference in my fitness. 5 weeks ago I would have laughed if someone told me Iβd be preparing to run for 20mins without stopping; now Iβm excited for Saturday morning to get it done.

Well done, Week 5 was my favourite. I think when you finish it you realise you can do the whole programme. Have a good steady run on Saturday and prepare to have a grin on your face the whole day x

Just completed W5R3 and loved it, you will find it easier than you think.
W5R2 done this morning. Was delighted to find myself thinking I could do it again if I needed to so hopefully Saturday will be a pleasant experience! Definitely looking forward to it
Did the same run this morning without looking what was in store in advance . When I heard 2 8min runs I was glad I hadn't looked first ! Like you I couldn't believe I was able to do it . Monday is my final week 5 run so I'll wait til then to see what's in store for that one . Good luck on Saturday πͺ
