What do my stats mean?
I’ve got a cheapo
fitness
tracker watch which I switch on as I leave the house for my C25K run and switch off when I get back. It works with the VeryFitPro app. Most of the stats are self explanatory but can anyone explain the two which are still puzzling me?

Another thing ticked off the "To Do:" list
I am staying as Active as possible but my
fitness
levels are not what they were on completing the program. Feeling as if I have lost sight of my Values and not knowing how to implement the change I need, feeling useless and a total burden when my conditions flare and I am debilitated.

But I do want to see if I can up the mileage, to improve my knee strength and overall

I joined Bridge to 10k and my problems began!
I have always run a bit, mostly to keep up a level of

so that I could enjoy skiing and mountain walking. At the beginning of lock-down, all such activities had to stop. I joined Bridge to 10k and my problems began!

Next step.
I’ve managed to keep weight down through lockdown and my
fitness
is probably at my best since been a teenager. Love my tennis and waking both are great for my mental health both better than the anti depression tablets I was on.

Cadence at last! Mixed results.
Anyway, result was 3 minutes off my 9.5 km run PB, but much more time in heart zone 4 and yet another ruddy year on my VO2 Max
