Hi Everyone!

After few bumps on the road, that caused me starting off the programme again and again, I have finally managed to run my 10k!

And the time I got was 1:02:14!

I had great time on my last run and I feel Fantastic!

Now I decided to carry on and from next week I will start BUPA 10 mile training programme, which I thought I will start on the Beginner level, as I still don't think my fitness to be that great to up the game.

I will keep the record of my runs and will write a weekly update after each week, so it keeps me motivated and I will feel more accountable to actually follow through this plan.

Did anyone here completed BUPA 10 mile plan? If so, what are your thoughts / suggestions on it?

Much appreciate any advice x

When I was doing my Bto10k runs, I was taking a small water bottle with me and having a sip every kilometer. It kept me maintain hydration, but did not overload my stomach.

I sip water for any run over an hour and resort to jelly beans on longer runs.

Before my runs I tend to just have a cup of coffee with a biscuit. Then water during.
