Been back on it sort of for about a month now, Iβm still on week one but improving a tiny teeny weeny bit at a time.
My actual age is 65, going back a month my fitness age (according to Garmin) was 68π«, now 4 weeks later fitness age =64.5 π.
I still havenβt done a week one session in a complete go, Iβm still having to stop part way through to massage Stu. I wonβt be moving to week two until I can do w1 in one go but my pace is improving even if itβs only seconds at a time but Iβll take a couple of seconds quicker thank you very muchππ½ββοΈπ.
So far not bad going for a one legged overweight old git.
