Am loving this app, I haven't run like this in years, I am thoroughly enjoying it, struggling a lot too, fitness takes a long time to get back!

Just completed Week 3, Day 1, I hope I can keep up the momentum and motivation.

The plan is great isn't it ? Easy ? Not in my opinion . Doable ? Yes..... But slowly , slowly. Just plan your next run now and you will keep going . Can't wait to see you crossing the W9R3 line . Enjoy.
