starting again!
Spent a year recovering started couch to 5k in January having built up
fitness
walking and cycling. Doing well then got knocked back with covid again, had antiviral treatment this time. Started back on day 1 of couch to 5km today š not too breathless šš

At last Iām recovering!
I havenāt posted in a while as my
fitness
has not been great. In mid June I started coughing a lot and ā¦. to cut a long story short ā¦. Three lots of antibiotics, two chest X-rays, blood tests and a lot of coughing later I was diagnosed with whooping cough š.

How to Get Injured and Simply Ruin Your Fitness
The loss of
fitness
on every front is significant. I'm back to 5K runs building it up. I lose breath during a faster tennis rally. Can't do more than 10 pushups and have to be careful when punching from the hip at martial arts.

Having just completed the program, I would like to continue , consolidate and maintain the

I have ordered myself an exercise mat and some dun bells little small ones nothing major or strenuous obviously, just simple exercises I can do everyday to keep up my

Somehow I managed to maintain
fitness
through this annual nightmare. Almost no running outdoors. I still hate the gym treadmills, but I did learn how to use them. Can't wait for the forest roads and paths to clear.

fitness
and endurance? ā¦so for any run, itās ideal to have warm up and cool down walksā¦so why not record them? Also, even a 5 minute walk will do you some good!
