Finally managed to put together a Spotify playlist themed around rowing. (Link open.spotify.com/playlist/6... )
I had wanted to do this for quite some time, as I love having specific playlist for different fitness purposes.
An additional perk was that I am in contact with a developer who’s is creating a smartphone app called ExerScreen, and it creates an intensity varied interval session for rowing a specific music playlists. (Or indoor cycling, but I don’t do that).
So I tried it out on my new playlist, and it’s pretty much fun rowing according to these intervals, which in turn kind of follow the music’s intensity.
