Rehab success

One more week left of Cardiac Rehab at the gym in Alexandria , by Loch Lomond. Have really enjoyed it which I wasn't sure I would! Assessment yesterday showed BIG improvement in my cardiac fitness. The team of nurses and physios have been fab. Although it's a 12 week programme you can continue to attend if you want the support longer. I live a fair bit away so going to switch to a gym nearer me...Well done NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde! Fantastic service.

Well done Catwifie on (almost) completing your cardiac rehab. Cardiac Rehab really is a wonderful thing to do and well worth the time and effort. It's good to see you've benefitted from doing it.
